Celebrate the finer things in life this February 7 and
8. The Enumclaw Wine and Chocolate
Festival will feature 24 Washington wineries pouring over 80 unique wines to
sip and savor. Twenty chocolatiers will
offer samples for pairing and purchase, while wine and specialty gift vendors,
live music, and entertainment add to the fun.
Dinner and appetizers are available too.

course dinner begins with spiced soup or salad, followed by seared scallops or
oysters on the half shell. Course three offers a choice of King Salmon
Roulade with scallop mousse, Filet Mignon with prawns, or a roasted vegetable
risotto. Complete dinner by sharing assorted truffles, chocolate dipped
strawberries and Chantilly cream. Snuggle together afterward by the fire
in the common room, or choose to extend the evening in a cozy mountainside
